Fixed Price Conveyancing By A Solicitor
Linton Pitt Lawyers has introduced FIXED FEE CONVEYANACING for standard residential matters at a rate less than half that charged by traditional solicitors and conveyancing lawyers.
All matters will be handled by a Solicitor – not just a conveyancer.

Our fixed price of $700 (including GST)applies to both Sale and Purchase Conveyancing for standard residential matters. For refinance conveyancing our rate is just $400 (GST inclusive). Quite apart from the price advantage, Linton Pitt’s conveyancing clients have the advantage that, in the event something goes wrong – a purchaser withdrawing or a vendor damaging the property – our legal team is there, briefed and ready to act immediately on your behalf.
